That's what really matters to us. Why else would you want to pay money and invest in a healthier lifestyle and commitment to fitness, if you can't keep the results?
We want to help you form positive habits or make you aware of and change the negative fitness habits you may have. You only have to do something positive a number of times before it becomes ingrained as a habit. We hope that by the end of your time with us, you will have changed your lifestyle for the better, and see positive results.
How we work
Initial assessment
We believe in making sure you know where you're starting from. That's why its so important to put that stake in the ground and evaluate your current form.
When you start your training programme with us, we evaluate :
- your weight
- fitness levels
- flexibility
- measure your body fat percentage (Some of you may cringe at the idea, but it works!)
Regular evaluation
Every 6 weeks we evaluate and see how much progress you have made. This is very motivating and helps you stay on track.
We like to make your sessions fun. This should be an enjoyable time for you. But we don't let you slack off. We really believe in challenging you. This is done by varying your workouts to add diversity and not make you too complacent.
